New for 2019/2020 - Teak Isle introduces their patent-pending Pontoon Boat Folding Table. This table mounts in the lounger backrest and easily lifts up with spring locking supports to offer more usable entertainment space and includes two additional stainless steel drink holders.

When no longer needed, simply lift up to release and fold the table down for compact storage. This flush-mounting table requires only 4" of depth for installation.

Teak Isle Center Console Entry Doors feature bent aluminum frames with integrated bulb seals. The door panels can be built in either color matching Acrylic or King Starboard. Hinging options include stainless steel piano hinges or stainless friction hinges. All doors are produced to the exact custom size and shape need by the builder to best complement their styling and entry needs. Our in-house bending and powder coating departments offer quick turnaround times and superior powder coated finishes.  All stainless hinges are mounted to the frames with stainless fasteners using Tefgel corrosion inhibiting paste.

Teak Isle now offers boat builders acrylic dash surround panels for use with Garmin and Simrad multifunctional glass displays. By using ½” black acrylic these dash surrounds give a clean single panel integrated look when mounting multiple or single displays. These dash panels are supplied to the builders along with a drilling and trimming fixture for precise alignment of the units on the dash.

All parts are cut on Teak Isle’s CNC routers and are available with or without blind mounting bolts. Another great look is the addition of company logos or style lines which can be engraved into the panels and back filled with white Corian engraving filler. In addition to offering these panels to the boat builders Teak Isle will custom build panels for retail customers through their Boat Outfitters website.

Teak Isle’s custom sliding cabin entry doors offer boat builders a stylish space efficient design that is easy to use as well as to install. These doors utilize smooth sliding aluminum tracks with rolling wheels or Delrin roller balls which fit neatly into molded fiberglass recesses. Teak Isle’s design team assures the fit of our bent acrylic doors by custom prototyping parts to fit boat builder supplied splashes. We also advise boat builders on the required fiberglass tooling necessary for the accurate alignment of tracks and doors.

With the exit of Spartech Marine from the marine industry Teak Isle purchased a variety of Spartech’s product lines and bending ovens. Rod storage space is a challenge on many boats, particularly those with narrow walkways. Teak Isle has developed a folding version of their popular Load-N-Lock Rod Holder that helps to solve this problem. These rod holders have a new spring-loaded feature that allows them to be locked in either the folded or open position, offering on-demand rod storage when needed. When folded closed it protrudes only 1 3/4” from the mounting surface, giving better clearance between the center console and gunnel side walls. They can also be used in other tight spaces such as in rod boxes or for storing rods inside the cabin.
